Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the purchase date to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when purchased, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

We have the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of misuse, normal wear and tear, and usage.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order after purchase and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items are considered damaged if the product itself or the container is broken. Items with damage to the external packaging (box) without damage to the product or the container itself are not considered damaged. We have the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of misuse, intentional damage/misuse, normal wear and tear, and normal usage. 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds
for services. All sales are final due to the nature of the services provided. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in-store and make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Exchanges for limited-time promotional sets or items may not be available for exchange due to the limited stock available for these products. We cannot guarantee that an exchange can be made for these items.


Refunds

We will inspect your return in-store and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your financial institution or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact your financial institution or credit card company.
